I’m the founder of Badass Incorporated Global—the home of bold communication, unshakable confidence, and leadership with heart. Through my work as a speaker, coach, and creator of UNBRICKABLE™, I’ve helped thousands of leaders and entrepreneurs find, refine, and own their voices.
But this story didn’t start on a stage. It started in the messy middle—where self-doubt meets breakthrough, and where I decided that self-mastery shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should feel like play.
From Breakdown to Breakthrough
Let’s be real—life isn’t linear, and confidence doesn’t come from motivational posters.
My journey began when I realised the world didn’t need another “tick-the-box” workshop or a perfectly polished speaker. What people needed was permission to be real.
That’s how my BADASS Framework was born—a step-by-step roadmap for resilience and growth that transforms fear into fuel and self-doubt into self-expression.
It’s equal parts strategy, humour, and grit—and it works because it doesn’t ask you to become someone new. It helps you remember who you are.
Along the way, I was honoured to be named one of Australia’s Top 15 Coaches of 2023, featured in international media as one of the Most Influential Women Leaders to Watch in 2024, and recognised for helping leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe break free from the pressure of perfection.
